按照惯例，如果背调通过，HR那边会直接告诉你入职。如果背调不通过，HR一般会通知你，背调不通过，你可以向HR咨询背调不通过的原因是什么。背调公司不会直接和应聘者对接，只会把结果通知到发起背调的单位。一般背调的时间可能会比较长，根据岗位和背调套餐的不同，长度会有2-15天的区别。有时候并不是背调不通过，而是仍在背调中，多和你面试单位的HR沟通是比较好的。
